Hello, my name is Jenifer Scott and I am excited to assist you with your Real Estate needs. I am a Florida native and grew up in Coral Gables, Florida in the 1970's. I loved to be outdoors as a child and remember biking to places like Matheson Hammock Park, Fairchild Tropical Gardens, Coconut Grove and to my grammar school. It was a beautiful place to grow up and was definitely a blessing. My family's second home was in Key Largo where we fished, water skied, snorkeled and scuba dived most weekends and vacations. Being close enough to enjoy the water and sense of freedom it brings is still important to me, especially as a parent. I have two young children with my husband, Warren who we try to keep busy enjoying the wonderful Florida outdoors too. For schooling I attended the University of Miami for my undergraduate degree in Psychology and then received my masters of science degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University.
Much of my Real Estate career was spent working for some of the nation’s top builders including Pulte Group, Lennar and D.R. Horton as a New Home Sales Consultant. There I acquired a wealth of Real Estate and sales knowledge while working all over the Treasure Coast of Florida. The time came I decided I needed a new challenge and longed to be able to sell homes anywhere in Florida, not just new homes. The obvious choice was to join my husband, Warren Scott in general real estate as he had already been excelling in at Coldwell Banker Realty. It was the perfect union! We formed THE SCOTTS at Coldwell Banker Realty and now serve our clients from Palm Beach Gardens to Vero Beach.

My name is Warren Scott and I am a New York native from Long Island. I spent the greater part of my life living and working in Long Island and still have much of my family in the area. Summers were spent in the Catskills with loads of extended family who live there. Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and friends. My parents owned a Civil War era farmhouse on 9 acres and it was there my 3 brothers and myself would stay for a weekend, school breaks or summers. We enjoyed the beautiful rolling hills, hiking in the mountains and also skiing there in the winters. In the summer of 2019, we all celebrated my grandmother's 100th birthday there in the Catskills!
I was an Electrical Contractor by trade and spent many years working with the local custom home builders on Long Island. I owned South Shore Power, LLC with my team of employees and spent over 25 years in the Electrical business. After years of cold weather and working in the elements I decided to make a major change and move to Florida. My parents had already retired and moved to St. Lucie West at the Cascades. I loved visiting them and fell in love with the area. I also met my future wife, Jenifer who was also living in St. Lucie West.
Once I wrapped my electrical business up, I made the transition into selling Real Estate which was a natural progression. I learned how to sell during one of our nation's most difficult times, the recession. I became experienced in short sales, REO's, investment properties and more. I made a point to learn everything I could during this time and acquired my GRI as well as my Broker's Associate license. I offer a unique set of skills with my electric and construction background along with the real estate experience.
